Amen, Dominique! You are much wiser than many adults. I'm trying to make a point to be more thankful every day, not just at Thanksgiving. Although we do have a lot of burdens, we still have much to be thankful for. I can really tell that you do have an awesome, special family! That is worth more than any of the world's goods!

Love,
Janet

Kadeeja,

I love your tribute to your mom. Just in getting to know her through the Internet and by phone, I've found her to be exactly what you shared. And I can tell she's rubbed off on you and Dominique! Y'all are truly blessed to be her daughters!

Love,
Janet

Thanksgiving is always pushed out of the way when it comes to holidays. Halloween and then Christmas seems to be the big holiday events. To many, Thanksgiving isn't a big deal. Instead of buying and buying,
we should focus on being grateful for the things we already have and for the provisions we've been provided for.
I am most thankful for my family, who are always helping me with the things i need help with and other little things. We help each other in bad situations and rejoice in the good. This is what i am thankful for.

Thankful, it's a word of appreciation and gratitude for the things you have been blessed with, and the things the Lord has allowed and not allowed. There are so many things to be thankful for but i will write just one: My mom, a woman of faith and strength, a heart big enough to love anyone or anything. She helps heal the fleshly wounds and the wounds of the heart, that is what i am thankful for today.

Beth, let me know if you need help. Be sure to put the image in the post you are writing, not in your template. I can't wait to read your entry!
