I have not posted anything for a few days, because of the shock of the shootings in Connecticut. My mind just could not function to think properly. The reports have left the girls and I shaken. We also have undergone our own sorrow in our home, which I will share about in another post.
There is enough to read and hear regarding the Connecticut tragedy, and my mind and heart have had enough. Like Mrs. B, I cannot go day after day living in the sadness. On the other hand, I do want to share a few links that give a biblical insight in case someone needs to read or listen to them.

If you don’t read anything else, please read Choose Your Propaganda from The Legacy of Home. Although this entry was written in October, it’s very applicable now. Here are some quotes from that post.
The last few days, I have heard plenty of reality shows, news, and horrible “trivial” propaganda coming from the people around me, and the programs they watch. It is causing a restlessness and a misery inside me…To counteract this, I am choosing propaganda that will re-new my mind, my soul and my heart…In order to live a joyful, godly life, one must have a mind on heavenly matters.
May God help our country. He is our only Hope.

It is truly terrible……and I did all I could to NOT learn the details because I had enough trouble with keeping my thoughts under control without added details from the media.
I LOVED the Propaganda link, that was REALLY good, thanks for sharing it.
I’m glad you liked the propaganda link, Mrs. B.:)
